Where are you located?
PreFlight Club is a US-based company, proudly operated out of Apollo Beach, Florida. We print our tees right here in Florida and Texas — like every mission-critical operation should be run.
For our international crew members, we've partnered with printers around the globe to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible — no matter what airspace you're in.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. The PreFlight Club flies worldwide. Shipping rates will vary depending on your destination, so be sure to check our Shipping Policy for full details.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Affirm. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking notification with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the flight — from our hangar to your door.
What size would fit me best?
We know fit matters — especially when you're representing the crew. That's why we include a size chart on every product page. Still unsure? Contact us atsupport@preflightclub.comand we'll help you find your perfect fit. We don't leave crew members behind.
What materials are your products made of?
We use the Gildan Softstyle® 64000 — 100% ring-spun cotton with a smooth, premium hand feel that holds its shape and keeps its color. You'll find the full fabric details on each product page. No surprises. No fine print. Just quality you can feel.
